On tap at the Pensacola location pouring up clear deep copper with thin white head. It has a big spicy aroma with notes of citrus, some sweet malts and faint dark fruity esters. The taste is predictably spicy winter spice additions of cinnamon, nutmeg, coriander and possibly all spice. The non spice notes are sweet crystal malts, some caramel malts and faint citrus hop flavor imparting a just noticeable hop bitterness.

Draught into pint glass in Destin. Clear golden and amber hued colour. just a thin film on top. Aroma was a little spice and candied fruit. Flavour was light, slightly sweet with just a hint of spice. Almost oily mouthfeel. Pleasant beer.

Mcguire’s - Pensacola, FL
Poured a clear golden color with a thin white head. The nose and flavor was pure christmas spice, orange and cloves reminiscent of a wassail. Mouthfeel was watery. Flavor was spicy with mild hops. No maltiness but the christmas aroma and flavor really feels festive. I’d drink it again, but only to get into the holiday spirit.
