On tap at Destin brewpub. Nice clean reddish-brown color, thin white head. Light wet grain aroma, touched by some earthy hops and caramel sweetness. Nice malt base with light piney hops assisting. Still tastes a bit thin.

Jul 12, 2008 Draught into mug at the Destin location. Another very still beer, not much going on with no real head. Aroma and flavour mostly malt with the hops showing up at the end. Average ale.

Mar 26, 2008 Pretty decent Irish red. Good balance of malt and hops. Nice light reddish-brown color. Clean aftertaste, not too offensive.
For $1.88/draw (on a Wednesday night) not too bad.

Mar 19, 2008 Pours clear copper with nice half inch off white head and some cobweb lacing. Nice looking beer. The aroma is mild bringing up some sweet maltiness and faint vague hoppiness that seems to border on being pine in nature. The aroma is really light and tough to discern. The taste goes from lightly roasted malts to more medium roasted or 90L type crystal malts mixed with some pine hop bitterness. The feel is a bit thin but not too bad considering the style. The mild pine hop bitterness and medium roasted malts head right off into the finish and after taste. Tasty offering.
