TomDecapolis (4006) - Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 9, 2008
On tap at Malvern location. Pours a lightly hazy golden amber with a smaller bubbly/creamy off white head that left some light lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast esters, some banana, tropical fruits, touch of caramel, some various spices and candi sugar. Flavor was a nice mix of the same, your traditional Belgian abbey yeast esters, candi sugar really helped dry this one out…but it did come across a little thin. Picking up some alcohol in the aroma and flavor.
