Growler from the Chadds Ford location courtesy of yourefragile. Served in a McKenzie wine glass. Pours a medium caramel color with a nice white head and lacing on the way down. The nose brings some really nice Brett funk and fruitiness to complement the APA-type hops. The Brett did a lot of work, and that really comes out as it warms. The flavor doesn’t mix the hops and the Brett quite as well, as the Brett takes over, though not at all in a bad way. Mouthfeel is tantalizing, with a really nice combination of earthy and fruity Brett with crisp hop bitterness. Very well done.
