Commercial Description:
A style similar to an English Pale Ale, with a Belgian twist. Gold in color, light to medium bodied. More aromatic, spicy, and yeasty than it's English cousin. Fortified with Belgian candy sugar and a unique Belgian yeast.

Draft: Dull yellow. Dusty-white whisp of head. Soft fruity yeast, juicy hop aroma topped with flowers and delicately sweet malt. Fuzzy, lightly prickly carbonation. Sweet malt flavors followed up with chalky yeast and earthy hops. Flower petals, peach, and herbs linger alongside muted malt sweetness and chalky yeast. While certainly passable, this would improve tenfold if it were bottle-conditioned.

Sample at the brewpub. Light golden, hazy; very light, pleasant, yeasty nose. Great sweet/dry balance, bit of clove, cinnamon, caramel, banana. Nice.

Poured a golden color with a small white head that quickly diminished, but left sparce lacing. Aroma of yeast, citrus hops, and a clove spiciness as well. Dry and yeasty taste, was mildly hoppy and citrusy, but finished very earthy. Medium bodied, and very refreshing.

Dark golden color, nice bubbly white head, spicy hoppy nose, excellent balance, great mixture of a Belgian ale with the sweet maltiness with the hoppiness of an APA, very enjoyable & drinkable, a great session beer
