3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 kramer (3459) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 17, 2010
On tap, at brewery. A slightly hazy yellow gold body with minimal to no head save for a thin ring. Pretty subtle nose, restrained coriander and some orange peel. The flavor is fruity and spicy with a nice level of coriander, not overpowering. Some light delicate wheat, with minimal yeast influence. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation, long lingering spicy finish. Not bad for a Wit, but I think it could benefit from a little more yeastiness.
