Taste is complex with a nice mouthfeel. Citrus hops with some nice yeast and fruity flavors. Well balanced, leaning slightly towards the bitter side. Very Solid.

Aromas of citrus, light caramel, toasted malts, and a little fruity. Aroma of noble hops, toffee, toast, and grass. Poured golden/amber in color with a medium-sized, rocky, off-white head that lasted throughout. Hazy. Lightly sparkling. Small lacing. Flavor is lightly bitter and medium sweet. Flavor of hops, grass, herbs, Belgian yeast, and apples.Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Sweet, dry finish. Pours a lightly hazy golden orange with a smaller creamy/bubbly off white head that laced down the sides of the glass. Aroma of orange zest, sugary sweet notes, some caramel, Belgian yeast esters, along with hints of floral notes. Flavor of noble hops, earthy, spicy, Belgian yeast, citrus, bready and dry. Sweet nose with a dry finish and some hop bittterness which was balanced by the malt bill.
