PWalk (332), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 8, 2006 Described by the waitress to me as "our hoppiest beer" I’d say I have to agree. I let my girlfriend try it and she said "It tastes just like Hop Devil." And it does. It was a good beer with maybe more pineyness to it than I expected.
Prcaus (159), New Jersey, USA Sep 4, 2007 McKenzie’s Glen Mills, PA-Draft- Mid to dark orange coloring, with a a light citrus smell and feel. Decent hops, good finishing. axilla (941), New Providence, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 13, 2006 Pour was a clean light orange body with a foamy white head. Aroma is light citrus with spices. Flavors were sweet clementine oranges, perfume, pine needles. Really good hop flavor. Finish sticks to your palate for quite a while. kramer17801 (1846), sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 8, 2006 12 oz handbottle, via Dickinsonbeer. Pours a hazy dark gold to orange colored body under a small foamy off-white head that faded to a whispy film. Aroma is lightly hoppy with a leafy floral quality. The malt is soft and biscuity with some toasted notes. Flavor is quite bitter up front with minimal malt contribution. Finishes moderately bitter and lingers quite a long time. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a great creamy texture and perfect fine soft carbonation. Pretty good beer all around, and in perfect condition even after handbottling. Straightforward and basic, but very solid. luiss (89), Elmsford, New York, USA Sep 15, 2006 Bottle. Thanks to Paul. Poured a nice peachy blood orange color. The aroma was not to strong but i did get hints of a dry hop , piny, and a bit spicy aroma. Not a huge fan of IPA’s but this one was different it left a great feeling on the palate that was not to overwhelming. I would love to try this one out with a nice mexican dish to see how it compliments it.
