COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our original hard cider is hand-pressed and is distinctly reminiscent of its UK predecessors; refreshing medium body and not too dry with a crisp apple finish.

24oz can courtesy of Frank. It pours with a crystal clear gold body that can tease up a brief off white set of bubbles. The aroma offers up the expected sweet apple notes that has some sugar sweetness as well as a grape like white wine note. The taste is similar with residual sugar that is sort of brown sugar and caramel as well as sweet apples. Like the nose there seems to be a sort of estery maybe white wine quality about this off in the background.

I’ve had many different ciders in the UK including home brews. This tasted like a home brew, I found it a little too sweet but had a good apple flavor. The sweetness was the only drawback for me. This is the only cider in the US I can say I like, in the UK I drink Thatchers Gold which also has good flavor but less sugar.

Bottle. I’m a sucker for the sweet fruity stuff. This is one of them. Clear golden pour with minimal head. Apple and honey aroma and taste. Fuller palate for a cider and tastes juicy. Digging it.

sample, a little too sweet and cloying.Just like Motts. For the sugary candy drinker this one if for them

Tallahassee, Fl - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits - Betton - 12 oz bottle. Slightly sparkling medium gold pour, not much bubble action or head. Decently fresh apple aroma. Flavor is pleasant with some nice golden delicious notes, nice balance of sweet and sour. Mouthfeel is crisp and dry. Decent.

This doesn’t have the best aroma - a little vinegary, earthy. Twistoff longneck with a bad label. Clear, very pale, no head. Sweet, a little earthy, apple (obviously). Mouthy, loose-grained carbonation. Sweet finish. Meh. ABC Betton.

This pours a clear, light amber color with minimal carbonation. The taste is simple like you would expect from a cider. Fairly simple yet refreshing and not overly sweet.

Bottle from Capone’s. Pours clear straw colored with minimal head. Nose is apple, mild honey. Tastes crisp, with notes of apple, honey.

12oz bottle. Pours a dark golden color with just a fringe of fizziness around the edge of the glass. Aroma is fermented apple. Somewhat sweet with a lingering sweet finish. Not bad, pretty average.

(bottle - 12 oz) Clear gold with no head but nice and lively carbonation. Very dry and earthy apple aroma which I prefer to the sweet and candy apples of other ciders. Slightly sweet and earthy at the start of the taste. A nice and natural tartness comes up at the end as the sweetness fades. Finishes dry and clean.
