COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our original hard cider is hand-pressed and is distinctly reminiscent of its UK predecessors; refreshing medium body and not too dry with a crisp apple finish.

coldbrewky (1457) - Hippetown East, New York, USA - JAN 21, 2013
bottle via UDbeernut. Pours a deep golden with sparse carbonation. Nose of apples and sugar. Body is moderate and fujiesque apple tart. Tartness is dulled by the encased sugar. While I expect a cider to be on the sweeter side this was just over that tolerance for me. A solid NY product. Nice on this cold day of work.

b3shine (5850) - Indiana, USA - DEC 25, 2014
Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks Subpar; a transparent light Apple juice with virtually no lacing and soft carbonation. Smells and tastes of sweet hard cider with a medium-bodied mouthfeel. Not good.

Aroma is apples, fruit and dull band-aid. The flavor is apples, fruit, tropical fruit and a tart/mildly sweet finish.

Musty apple cider aromas, not unlike cheap sparkling wine. Clear gold. Sweet. Light bodied.

beerbill (3539) - Laurel, New York, USA - NOV 8, 2014
12 oz. bottle which lists the abv @ 5%. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head that lasts through the first sip. Weak aroma of apples. The flavor is sweet apples. To be honest, this tastes as though it has been back-sweetened with non-alcoholic cider.

Faint aroma of apples...some spice in there. Think I had a flat bottle....no head...barely any carbonation. Clear yellow color. Sweet, tart apple flavor up front. Rich sweetness, tastes like real apples. Finishes slightly dry, with the same sweetness with a touch of bitterness at the end

355ml bottle. Dryer than the Woodchuck but not saying much, still sweet candylike applejuice flavors, no off flavors.

KyotoLefty (6737) - Kyoto, JAPAN - SEP 4, 2014
Bottle from BOTW. Medium golden, a bit fizzy. Nice ripe apple nose, semi-sweet, somewhat tart. Taste is quite sweet up front, super ripe apples, almost baked and sugared. It dries out a bit later, but not quite enough. Light tang in the finish. Body is quite full, almost syrupy.

Draft - Meaty tannic apples. Clear gold. Semi sweet apple with a reasonably dry finish. A bit on the sweet side.
