Truly like apple pie in a bottle. Amber color, low carbonation, flavor is apples, peels and all, cinnamon, caramel. Excellent.

Draft. Pours clear gold with a thin head. Big cinnamon and baked apples. Not overly sweet. This is my mom’s apple crisp in liquid form so obviously I fucking love it.

On tap at crunchy's. I could smell this before the waiter even set it down. Best smelling beer/cider I have yet to enjoy. Cinnamon, clove, allspice and huge tart apples. Smooth and creamy. Oddly refreshing. This was great.

Terrific: lots of cinnamon taste and aroma, sweet like an apple pie and tart like apple juice. Nice appearance though wish it is a bit more carbonated.

UPDATED: MAR 14, 2013 This is an interesting cider. Aroma is incredible. Spicy with notes of cinnamon, it great around the holidays. Really enjoyable. Apple pie in a glass.

[4996-20121207] Tap. Cinnamon toasted apple aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange yellow body with no lasting head. Delicious cinnamon-infused apple juice flavour. Medium body. This is absolutely wonderful, one of my all-time favourite ciders -- I could drink this all night. (10/3-/9/4/18) 4.4

2012-12-07. Lightly hazy dark yellow body, headless. Spicey aroma, with a good amount of nutmeg and cinnamon I think. 7++ Aroma is a bit Christmas candle like, but nice. Sweet fruity flavour, nice modest spice. 7++ Smooth average plus to medium bodied palate. 3 Yummy, very Christmasy. On tap at Coles, Buffalo

From a twist off bottle. First aroma is like chipped chopped ham with a tad of very mild perfumy volatile apple. Very very good flavor with some detectables of spice. Has yeast sediment on the bottom of bottle, nice! Fairly clear with a tinge of haze and its darker yellow compared to other ciders & perries. Sweet overall with just a little of the fermented out thing going on here. Nicely done and well behaved.
