Terrific: lots of cinnamon taste and aroma, sweet like an apple pie and tart like apple juice. Nice appearance though wish it is a bit more carbonated. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

One tasty cider! Kind of a dull pale gold pour w/ no head or lacing but lots of bubbles. The aroma is just spicy enough to draw you in. The flavor is a fall spice explosion! Complex & refreshing - this is a really good cider! Loaded w/ spice upfront it finishes nearly clean w/ just enough tastiness lingering on the tongue to make you want more. Bravo!

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured gold, clear with a thin white head. Aroma of apples, cinnamon, clove and caramel (great and strong aroma). Taste is fruity and sweet a bit spicy but with a nice tartness from apples. Very good Cider, easy to drink and certainly enjoyable.

Draft at chaps. Pours clear yellow with a small white head. The aroma has apple, cinnamon, a bit sweet. The taste is basically liquid apple sauce. Good for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

5oz on tap at Cask Republic. Man, up front, big cinnamon and spice. Yellow apple. Kind of nice after I get accustomed to it. Mildly hazy orange color. Pretty much no head, very minimal white. Moderate sweet taste, light spicy bitterness. Solid. But spicy and sweet.

Spice over powers apple aroma and taste. On plus side, more cloudy and unfiltered than most ciders.

Tallahassee, Fl - ABC Fine Wine & Spirits - Bull Run - 12 oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy medium gold with no real head. Aroma has hint of apple pie spice, some cinnamon. Nice solid flavor with an essence of apple pie spice, a touch of nutmeg, some of those apple desert things you find in TV dinners. Nice thick mouthfeel for a cider. Best cider I have had in a while.
