Ethereal (894), London, Greater London, England Aug 18, 2008 Cask at The Horseshoe, 17th August 2008. Honey coloured, slightly hazy with a small head. Good aroma of honey and lychees. Fruity and sweet at the start of the sip with the hops coming through later on to balance things out. Ok palate and a long finish. Went well with my sunday roast!
