McMenamins Blind Shark I.P.A.

One of the more bitter IPAs i’ve had from McMenamins. Big citrus flavor with a strong bitter grapefruit finish. This IPA had one of the better bodies to it of any McMenamins IPAs i’ve had, heavy and creamy. You just have to love the cascade hops for this one, it was even a bit sharp for me.

I think some people will really enjoy this for its grapefruit hop flavor; however, this does not apply to me. Bronze bodied with a crispy head and moderate to light floral hops with some fruitiness. Bitter grapefruit flavor could never win me over.
