COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
made with a steam yeast and lagered for the better part of a month, this came out pretty darn close to style for a brewery that cant make lagers

Bready and grainy nose with some sweet residual sweetness and earthy hop bitterness. Pours golden with a little haze and a whispy bubbly head that has decent lace. Bready, grainy, a hint of caramel, clean earthy bitterness with a hint of lingering sweetness. Clean but interesting.
