Sample at McMenamin’s Old St. Francis School in Bend. Pours a dark brown color with a medium tan head that recedes slowly. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt and hops. Medium-bodied with flavors of roasted and malt and piney hops. The finish is toasted malt up front with a subtle hops aftertaste. Decent overall.
