Mild aroma, and the flavor comes through the tasting with a one-second delay. Drinkable, gentle, with a seltzer-water like quick finish. Hazy pink grapefruit juice appearance. (on tap at Ringlers/Crystal Ballroom, Portland)

Light honey colored, cloudy, looks like a weiss beer. Aroma is raspberry, sweet, hints of yeast. Flavor is pretty sweet. Nice summer beer, one that a think alot of none beer drinkers would enjoy.

Hazy gold color with a light creamy head . The aroma is very light, almost non-existant, a touch of raspberry, but it could be discounted easily. Finishes lightly malty and surprisingly good. Almost no flavor here. A run of the mill cookie cutter franchise micro, eh.

UPDATED: MAY 8, 2005 Underrated beer! I’ve had this a number of times and each time I am respecting it more and more. A pinkish colour with a very fruity taste. Not too heavy, yet not horribly light. An all around delicious treat.

Wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Tap poured a light, light red hue with a thin head. Enjoyable berry flavor that isn’t over done and doesn’t lose sight of its hop balance.

Pink with a pinkish head, very raspberry and maybe a little lemon citrus. Finish is short.

A fruit beer, but you would never know. I tasted a lot of Wheat (which is probably not correct).

Sample at Thompson Brewery and Public House in Salem. The beer is a cloudy pinkish-orange color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of raspberries and malt. Light clean body with flavors of fresh raspberries, sweet malt and a bit of wheat. The finish is fruity and does not linger very long. Just average overall.

Not bad, but nothing really great. The fruit flavoring is pretty evident, and the alcohol is nonexistent. I’d much rather have a Hammerhead.
