A pretty decent easy drinking fruit beer. IF only they used more hops and malt to achieve a higher gravity....then this would be a great beer.

On tap at Kennedy School location. Color of yellowish/gold. Aroma of raspberry and bread; a bit earthy. Flavor was thin and somewhat diluted. Raspberry with a wheaty, hay finish. A bit watery. Not great.

7/18/08 On draught at the Kennedy School. Aroma is candilike sweet fruit. Appearance is hazy pink with a medium maintained white head. Flavor is raspberry sweetness forward but not strong, and with almost no bittering. Mouthfeel is light bodied with a very light spritzy carb texture. Overall, the flavor of the base style and the raspberry are just too light.

Draft at Sherwood location. Arrived looking like pink grapefruit juice,, cloudy and pale pink color with little to no head. Raspberry dominates aroma, flavor is crisp and wheaty with berry and fruit notes and hints of hop. Medium body and gentle carbonation. Not bad for a summer cooler.

Draft at the Mill Creek brewpub. Pours murky pink; looks just like pink grapefruit juice minus the pulp. Fizzy white foam atop. Smells hugely of raspberries, like breakfast syrup or drink concentrate. Kinda fakey that way. Watery, flat, sticky. Yuck.

On tap at Eugene’s North Bend location. Grapefruit colored with very little head. Aroma of raspberries and sugar. It mostly tastes like grapefruit flavored sparkling water. Dry finish. Fairly weak on the palate.

rasberry yogurt aroma, watery and hoppy rasberry yogurt flavor, better balanced than most fruit beers at least

Very light, not much alcohol. Fruity too. Again, beer from McMenamins is too carbonated.

On tap at the Kennedy School pub. Funky pinky orange hazy color that reminded me of soda pop. Thin white head. It was very lively on the palate, like a berry flavored pop. Light and fruity. I don’t like light and fruity.

Tap @ Blue Moon in Portland. A cloudy wheat looking beer. A strong red raspberry aroma and flavor. Tart and dry.
