(Bottle 65 cl) Pours an opaque, cloudy black with a light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt. Medium body - a bit heavy on the CO2. Roasted malt notes, some vanilla and a discreet bitterness in the finish. Smooth and pleasant. 061006

Bottled. Dark brown coloured. Dense brown head. Sweet and light notes of ripe fruits. Alcohol notable in flavour. Cocoa and chocolate present. Dades comes to mind. Medium bodied. Quite full and sweet mouthfeel, but still i feel something is missing. Sweetish cocoa end.

22oz bottle via trade with kenb! - Thanks Ken! Pours black with a short tan head that fades pretty quickly to a ring but laces a little from there. Aromas of roasted malts, dark fruits, and just a whiff of coffee. Flavor is very fruity with lots of prunes, raisin, some coffee, light chocolate and lots of roasted malts. Medium bodied and a slick oily mouthfeel. Somewhat sour on the finish though.

Bottle: Black with a small light brown head. Tangy grape aroma along with some coffee grounds notes. It has earthy notes (peat moss?), coffee, mocha flavored cardboard and a little tanginess. The body is thinner that you would expect for a stout. It has more of a feel of a porter. Thanks Indiana Red! You the dizzzog.

Bottle Pours a nearly opaque black with redish brown edges. Nice full creamy light tan head and heavy sheets of sturdy lacing. Aroma is that dark roasted malts, sweet prunes, grape jelly. A slightly sour slant as well. It tastes pretty middle of the road, dark roast, but not over the top. Some coffee and old campfire. Not overly bittered but not very strong either. Smooth but not very heavy feel. Nicely balanced basic stout. Thanks for the tradeKenb
