This brew is in honor of my recent obsession with New Orleans and its culture, food and music. If I were ever able to go and bring some beer I would want to represent the PNW in a great way with a big, classic and hoppy amber. Smooth caramel notes to drink as I listen to some amazing jazz and second lines, a bit of a bumped-up hop profile to play with all of the food palates that are there and a touch of flaked barley to bring it all together. Cheers!
