Green Mountain Summer Ale is hand made from a select blend of American, German, and British malted barley and American hops. This spicy blend has strong notes of pine resin in the flavor and aroma. This bottle conditioned ale may contain a small amount of sediment.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
From the 22 fl. oz. bottle that simply states Best Before 2013. I guess it is good until December. The pour is a slightly cloudy copper color with a small but long lasting white head. The aroma is unique in that it expresses itself with pale malts as as well as spices and butterscotch. The body is is light to medium. The taste has an odd sort of buttery thing going on but it has a decent dry finish. Most of the McNeill’s brews are pretty decent. Hope you can find one.
