This cider is really dry and drinks quite easily. I think they put a little too much sulphur in it, it has a sulphur bite and is lacking in carbonation. It drinks more like a Sauvignon Blanc.

Guest tap at Southern Appalachian Brewing. Pours a clear golden with a thin white head. Tart grainy apples with earthy notes. The taste is sweet apples, some graininess and pear. Medium bodied. Decent.

Bottle - bought around new year’s - clear pale lemon color a few small bubbles, no head or lacing to speak of; not much of an aroma, but what I’m picking up are tart apples; taste starts as mildly acidic apples, finishes slightly dry and then disappears; is thinly buttery on the palate. Overall it is drinkable, but not particularly exciting.

(750ml bottle) Pours a clear pale yellow body with some white bubbles for a head. Aroma of earth, apple, and some oak. Flavor of earth, apple, and some butter with a dry finish.

(750ml bottle thanks to bu11zeye) clear pale yellow with nice lasting film of bubbles. Nose of funky apple cider, dusty, somewhat old (if old is a smell). Taste of sugar, apple skins, with a thin to medium body. Alcoholic finish.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a clear golden body with some fizz. Aroma of alcohol, dryness, and decently fruit forward. Taste is dry, sparkling and nice. Slightly acidic. Quite drinkable, but lacks a bit in complexity.
