Great bar, lousy beer. They should be embarassed to put their name on this stuff as if its something special.

McSorley’s beers are the worst: downright swill. (While the bar itself, NYC, has a lively atmosphere, the beers are awful. And you don’t even get full 12 oz mugs. The food is also terrible: For crackers they serve saltines out of the wax wrapper and their burgers are made from the lowest quality chop meat they can find. No kickbacks either.) If this is what the Irish consider ’spirit’ beer, God bless ’em.
