2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
on tap at McSorley’s: Light pleasant nose, goldish color and a big head. Lemony flavor and very little bitter. Creamy mouth feel and smooth.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
I found this beer to be quite delicious. It had almost a fruity taste to it. It was not very expensive and the taste was quite satisfactory.

2.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 1/20
This beer is a new addition to the McSorley’s line, apparently. It seems to be contract-brewed in San Antonio by Pabst, but the real bar after which it is named is NYC’s oldest bar. Anyway, turning to the beer itself, it is a plain, slightly maltier than ordinary, lager. Nothing special.
