Pours a dirty red to brown with a decent beige head, aroma of hops and dark fruit, flavor is a bit sourish with hints of wild fermentation, buckwheat starch notes and lots of piney tones, medium bodied, deccent

Bottle sample sample at Beers 2013 expo in Tel Aviv. Pours murky amber with a minimal foam head. Hoppy aroma, a little citrus and then olive water. Tastes bitter with a little olive. Medium body, fair carbonation and a bitter-sweet finish. Quite alright.

Bottle during the beer launch event at Beer Market. Cloudy dark reddish amber with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of floral and citric hops, caramel and some honey-ish notes. Somewhat grainy husky flavor, a bit sweet, with bread, caramel and a bit of honey hints, finishes bitter and hoppy with some grapefruit and piney notes. Medium-bodied. A decent gluten-free APA, the best gluten-free beer I’ve tried so far.
