1.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
33cl bottle poured into a pint glass.
Totally muddy amber-ish color with mini floaties and a small beige head.
Lots of residue left in bottle.
Grassy and floral hop aroma, with some caramel and faint citrus.
Flat flavor of bread, cookies, peas, lo-med bitterness and alcohol with some light fruity notes and faint sulfur.
Light-med body, short after taste, somewhat harsh and not very drinkable.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Muddy reddish light brown with a tiny off-white head. Aroma of a bit of caramel and grainy malt, floral hops and light soapy notes. Flavor has light sweetness, a bit grainy and caramelly, light sourness and a bitterish-sourish finish with a bit of floral and slightly citric hops. Medium-bodied. Kinda messy, but alright for a gluten-free beer. Interesting.
