Tasting at Papsø’s, corked bottle
Cloudy dark blond color; small head. Nice aroma, malty, fruity (from the hops? It carries tropical fruits), dynamic; some wood. Dry mouthfeel, with malt flavor, empty of any emotion, a bit astringent, yeasty bitterness. After a great aroma, a boring flavor.

Bottle 750ml.

Clear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, elderflowers, wood, moderate yeasty, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and moderate to light light heavy bitter with a long duration, fresh, citrus peel bitter, oak, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Cloudy yellow/golden - white head. Yeasty, wooden, light hoppy, flowery, bitterness, toasted, oakey, well wooden, spicy, citrus, light peachy, light fruity hoppy. Wierd beer.

(Sample at Papsø’s) Pours a slightly hazy golden amber with little, off-white head that laces the glass. Aroma is fruity with notes of elderflowers? Full-bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation and a slightly astringent finish. Taste is a mild tart with a mild bitterness.

Bottle at Papsø. Cloudy orange coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of flowers, caramel and spices. Fruity flavour of flowers, spices, hops and oak. Hoppy finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is crisp fruity and light spiced. Thin. Bitter, fruity, citric and mild peachy. Light herbal and mango to peachy. Bitter and light. Lingering fruity finish.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, hay, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrusy hops, hay, malt, and minerals, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Slightly hazy golden with a small off-white head. Dry, fruity aroma, a little wood and yeast. Fairly light body, dry fruity tartness, a subtle woody touch that kinda grows pleasantly. Ends dry with what appears like British hops. What an odd idea to barrel age a light Belgian Pale Ale!! 180911

750ml Bottle - Amber with a slight haze. Peach, tea and a hint of spice in the aroma, along with some oak and whisky notes. Hoppy, tangy and fruity taste with notes of peach, toffee and wood.
