Bottle at BH, Pori. Copper, very thin & coarse fading head. Very mild aroma, hint of dill and raisins, metal, some syrupy maltiness, nothing much. Flavor is dryish toasty malts, bread, that same dill, mild flowery bitterness, pretty empty. Light to medium bodied, neutral foaming carbonation. Tastes like all the Meantimes I’ve had recently, dull and uninspired that is.

I found this beer really quite interesting and very classy. Seemed to me to be bits part Vienna and Pilsner. Malt shows a wonderfully light touch with the faintest caramel hint on the nose. Surprisingly dry structure, almost in the Asahi mould. A genuine all day sipper this. No doubt it lacks excitement but this is all about structure.

500ml bottle. Deep golden sunset colour with a nice densly compacted beige head. Aroma of elderflower and dirt, quite a pleasant mix. Nice strong well balanced flavour with floral hops conming through, very tasty.

Short head on a clear orangey amber body. Not too sure what elderflower smells or tastes like though there is something in that aroma as well as the the slightly sweet malt aroma. A little bit grainy in the taste, simple enough and easy enough to drink.

Bottled (bottle 161/600). @Nordic, Tampere if I remember correctly... memories from the evening/night are a bit fuzzy. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is wooden, also has some flowery hops and quite earthy as well. Flavour is quite much the same with some slight burnt notes. Finishes in a nice wooden and flowery hoppy mix.

(Bottle #164/600 at Nordic, Tampere, on 2009-07-17) Amber and clear. Small white head. Sweet and flowery aroma. Medium bodied and dry palate with medium carbonation. Malts, light roastedness, flowers, bitterness and light sweetness in taste. Malty and bitter aftertaste.
