Solid hops and floral notes with grassy aromas as well. Body is lighter than I would have thought.Good IPA from other side of the pond. dyetube (403), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 28, 2007 This beer pours a cloudy orange with a thin white head leaving a little lacing down the sides. The aroma is very very light grassy and hoppy and not much else! Realt this beer has a good flavor, but not a great one. There are much better ipa’s out there but I would for sure have this one again. Cheers! jmuhops (663), Winchester, Virginia, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 22, 2007 Pours hazy orange-amber with a huge white head. Herbal, grassy aroma with light brine notes. Sweet flavor until the end, which is mostly hop bitterness. The hop flavors are the same as those found in the aroma, only with a citrus-sweet tang. Great English IPA. egajdzis (3621), Spring Mount, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 22, 2007 Poured a clear amber color with a medium sized off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, a bit of grass, some skunk, and light toffee as well. Taste of caramel, some skunk, herb, bitter, grassy, noble hops, with light bread, and low bitterness in the finish. | 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 22, 2007 Thanks to TomGibson for this one. Pour a translucent golden amber with a medium off white bubbly head. Aroma was kind of spicy, fruity, sweet malts and some caramel. Flavor was earthy, a bit floral, some citrus and caramel malt. | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Sep 20, 2007 Updated: Aug 30, 2009Slightly cloudy bright gold with a fine medium dense light tan head. Fresh, fruity and spicy hops with floral overtones, earth undertones, and a slight malt character with a hint of malt sweetness. Very finessed, multi-layered flavor profile with subtle, refined pale malt notes, alcohol sweetness, and hops spice. Quite dry with just a suggestion of fruit. Highly structured body with each element thoroughly integrated into the whole making for a completely balanced experience with each component playing in unison. eboats (887), Omaha, Nebraska, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Sep 12, 2007 Pours orange with a soapy looking white head. Aroma is citrus rinds: orange and grapefruit, and miller lite. Flavor is floral hops with a dry bitter finish. Body is a little light. Very unimpressive. Wouldn’t buy again. drawde (115), San Francisco, California, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Sep 9, 2007 Light and sour aroma. Hazy apricot gold color, and apricot-grapefruit flavor. A mouthful, tastes almost viscous.
