Meantime are Britain’s only brewers of authentic India Pale Ale. Small batch production allows us to apply the attention to detail and care we require to produce an authentic IPA especially for you. Pound upon pound of Fuggles & Goldings hops are needed to enable us to achieve the dry hopping rates necessary to recreate this great beer style. Enjoy with hot foods and spicy friends, or vice versa.

skuffende med skum. ble ikke liggende. Svak lukt av humle og appelsin. Forferdelig munnfølelse. Litt tørr. God og varm ettersmak.

On bottle from Vinmonopolet Hasle . Copper colored hazy with good foam. Aromas of mild hops, pine, caramel, malt and some toffee. Medium body & medium/ high complexity. Some sweetness - followed by balancing bitterness. Enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

An okay ipa. Super malty taste and not very hoppy. Malty unpleasant smell with a bitter aftertaste. Had after a top 10 ipa and this beer barely makes a top 500 list. Had at home. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

First off, I love the description of this beer because it is so true. I can’t think of another British IPA that holds a candle to a modern, American version of the style. It seems to be a lost art across the pond. Anyway, it is pretty cloudy and light amber in color. Medium to full bodied with a strong malt backbone for an IPA. Fairly bitter and dry, with spruce and resin hops and a hint of citrus. Impressive.
