Bottle conditioned. Alsos available on keg.
Meantime are Britain's only brewers of authentic India Pale Ale. Small batch production allows us to apply the attention to detail and care we require to produce an authentic IPA especially for you. Pound upon pound of Fuggles & Goldings hops are needed to enable us to achieve the dry hopping rates necessary to recreate this great beer style. Enjoy with hot foods and spicy friends, or vice versa.

A nice pop as I pull the champagne cork, lovely smell of hops. Pours a cloudy amber with a rather large head. A splendid beer, full of fresh citus fruit, lime with a hint of apricot. Soft and smooth. The label says is has some wheat malt, which explains the head. Fuggles and Goldings hops give more fruitiness than bitterness, but it is bitter enough to give a refreshing twist in the tail. A little warming is the only sign of the alcohol. I like the "unfiltered and not primed with new yeast" ideology, too! My only objection iws the weight of the bottle, this is a bit much to drag around!

750ml bottle, highly hopped, spicy aroma, copper hue with an authentic frothy head, very spicy, lots of hops evident, a long bitter finish with a lemon twist, an excellent IPA.

Beautiful clean aroma of citrusy hop. Beautiful hazy apricot color with a finely bubbled white head. Starts with a hint of pepper submerged in citrus (but not grapefruit) hop, malt follows, and the smooth experience finishes with a decent, but respectable bitterness. There’s something different in the hop at the start and the hop at the finish. Something a bit Belgianish, like yeast? Or not. This is not a NW US hophead dream; it’s just really, really delicious.

Not as hoppy as I usually expect from an IPA. In fact, this one was rather sweet. It has a nice hop balance and an interestingly buttery mouth feel. The aftertaste of the hops, however, does linger for a long time.

Nice hazy orange-gold pour with a thick squatty head. Aroma is mostly orange-citrus hops and sugary sweetness. Extremely smooth taste of the same citrusy hops, with some Granny Smith apple-like aftertaste mixed with a solid malt back. Some soapiness as others have pointed out, but overall, a really good beer.

Bottle 75cl. Poured a hazy thick orange with copper tones, and a large thick white head which lasts the whole drink. Sweet aroma with hints of orange, hops and a little malt. Peppery floral flavour of hops and orange, slick and oily in the palate, finishing in a bitter, metallic aftertaste, perhaps a liitle astringent but understandable due to the high alcohol content. Tasty pale ale, especially good with food.
