From 750. Pours a cloudy orange with light tan head. Nose is syrupy citrus and very sweet malt. Flavor is syrupy citrus, real bitter fruit rind. Pleasant mouthfell.

Corked bottle from Whole Fodds, Sarasota, FL. Poured cloudy amber color with an average frothy white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate tart citrus aroma. Medium body. Medium bitter flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Solid drinkable beer.

750mL bottle from Knightly Spirits, no date. Pours a cloudy orange golden with a two finger slowly fading creamy light yellowish head. Aroma is of citrus and a little earthy hops, also some sweet toffee and a little yeast. The flavor is much the same, though the yeast doesn’t seem to fit in terribly well here. There is also a bit of spicinessThe flavor has some straight bitterness and dirt about midway through, and is only lingering by the time the dry finish comes around. Full bodied, moderate creamy carbonation. Meh, wished I would’ve picked something other than this on my trip to FL.

Bottle, from Raleigh Wholefoods. Good aroma. Bittersweet. Orange, grapefruit, grass, grainy. A little peach. Cloudy brownish orange that cleared as it settled. Small head that faded to a little cover top. Nice lace. Bitter flavor, loses all the subtlies of the aroma, grassy grapefruity takes over. Medium body, smooth creamy oily mouthfeel, bitter finish. Nice beer overall, but thought the flavor was a let down after the aroma.

Shared by nolankowal at the last Columbus tasting. Aroma was woody and slightly vinuous--not a lot of hops though. Golden brown pour with a slight white head. The palate was medium to full with low carbonation. Taste was very earthy with a dirty bitter flavor.

Bottle at CTV3. Pours orange with an off white head. The aroma had a lot of malt with some light grassy hops. The flavor was some tropical fruit, booze, sweet malt, and some light citrus hops. More malty than anything else with a somewhat dry finish. Not bad, but I wouldn’t spend the money on this one again.

750ml bottle shared at Columbus Tasting 3.0 by Nolankowal! - Thanks! - Poured cloudy amber with a short offwhite head. Aromas of light grass and grapefruit. Flavor is more malty than bitter.. Caramel and biscuit flavor dominates with a slightly bitter finish. Much more like a bitter than and IPA as far as I was concerned. Not much carbonation . Drinkable...
