Meantime are Britain’s only brewers of authentic India Pale Ale. Small batch production allows us to apply the attention to detail and care we require to produce an authentic IPA especially for you. Pound upon pound of Fuggles & Goldings hops are needed to enable us to achieve the dry hopping rates necessary to recreate this great beer style. Enjoy with hot foods and spicy friends, or vice versa.

Tap@hellhunt. Amber clear. Pines, bubblegum, limey citrus. Dry bitter fullish body. Slight of a herbal finish. Nice ipa somewhere inbetween a traditional, us and uk. Maltwise uk-ish with the herbal dry earthy.

Tasted on 3/31/14 from a capped 375mL bottle purchased at (had this one several times, but this one was purchased at) Frugal MacDoogal. Pours hazy bright orange with a thick white head that slowly settles into thick lace, leaving residue along the inside of the glass. The nose is earthy and spicy hops with just enough dark bread malt to provide backbone. The flavor is the same, really focused on the earthy and spicy hops with the addition of some orange peel, and the malt showing a bit more caramel. The body is medium with average carbonation and a long nicely bitter earthy, spicy, and orange peel hops.

On tap at Winking Lizard on 3/12/14. Clear amber in color with a thick off-white head. Malty nose with some English yeast dankness, fruit and piney hops. Malty flavor with slight metal and English yeast before a piney and earthy hop finish. Not bad.

Draft. Copper color with an off white head. Aromas of sweet malt and light citrus hops. Mild bitterness that blends with a weird hopy malt flavor. No idea what it is, but I like it.
