Commercial Description:
Bottle conditioned. Alsos available on keg.
Meantime are Britain's only brewers of authentic India Pale Ale. Small batch production allows us to apply the attention to detail and care we require to produce an authentic IPA especially for you. Pound upon pound of Fuggles & Goldings hops are needed to enable us to achieve the dry hopping rates necessary to recreate this great beer style. Enjoy with hot foods and spicy friends, or vice versa.

White foamy head. Amber colour. Aroma is moderately malty with hoppy and light fruits (prunes), vanilla and caramel notes. Flavor is moderately malty with caramel, nectarine and hoppy tones, ending in a bitter, slightly fruity and wooden finish. Medium bodied.

Pours a golden copper with a lasting thin layer of velvety foam and nice lacing. Very sweet malt aroma with strong notes of Goldings. Very agreeable taste - sweet malt with nice intrusive hops, ends on an almost tart note, vaguely sweet anglo-hop finish. Good carbonation, creamy body right down to the last sip. Very quaffable, odd tartness adds a unique twist.

Great presentation with a unique bottle and name. Plenty of hops with a clean finish. I have some work to get done but in the "Meantime" I’m gonna have a beer.

750ml bottle from Sainsburys. Opened with a slight pop; poured bright amber with a rapidly dissipating off-white head. Aroma of leafy hops, caramel and some summer fruit. Rich and buttery in the mouth, with chewy malts, juicy fruit and a deep underlying bitterness. Slight burn to the finish, but otherwise an excellent, well-balanced beer.

Nose has a fresh, leafy hops combined with a decent level of fine malt, hazy apricot, tiny off-white head, looks almost like a cask ale. Flavour is again a good amount of lovely malt, plenty of fresh hops doing their thing, some underlying orange here also. Very well balanced, medium bodied, lucious mouthfeel, abv un-noticed. Great!

Brewed in England....... Courtesy of Woody from B.A !!! Pours a hazy golden color with a foamy white head. Aroma of fruits, malts, flowers and mild hops. Taste of candy malts, warm bread, spices and citrus. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a lingering malty finish. Not quite what i expected but still pretty good.
