COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle conditioned. Also available on keg (filtered but not pasteurised).
Meantime are Britainís only brewers of authentic India Pale Ale. Small batch production allows us to apply the attention to detail and care we require to produce an authentic IPA especially for you. Pound upon pound of Fuggles & Goldings hops are needed to enable us to achieve the dry hopping rates necessary to recreate this great beer style. Enjoy with hot foods and spicy friends, or vice versa.

Bottle. Poured amber with a small white head. Aroma of sweet caramel and hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grapefruit with caramel malt. Slightly hoppy and dry finish.

Not the ordinary IPA, Itís rather sweet, like a red ale, but definitally has the bitterness of an IPA. Not my personal favorite, but does have something special.

Bottle 33cl. Amber/orange with a white head. Rather weak nose, but hints of hops are present. Very nice flavour with a good dose of bitterness, not of the flower/fruity type but pure bitter. Nice. Medium to long finish.

Very nice IPA with a rather extraordinary hop. I enjoyed itís sweet ,almost tropical, fruity flavor with a very nice spice and bitter aftertaste.

750 ml bottle from Waitrose poured into a fat tulip. Hazy Amber with a rocky white head. Citric hop aroma. Juicy tropical fruit, caramelly malts, resinous woodiness..Smooth mouthfeel. BIG flavour. Nice alcohol kick. Very good IPA, unreservedly recommended.

Pours a clear orange-copper with a small white head. Aroma is sweet and hoppy with some spices and lots of fruit. Nice hoppy flavour with caramel malt, some fruit, spices, a little alcohol and an average bitter finish. Medium bodied.
