Meantime are Britain’s only brewers of authentic India Pale Ale. Small batch production allows us to apply the attention to detail and care we require to produce an authentic IPA especially for you. Pound upon pound of Fuggles & Goldings hops are needed to enable us to achieve the dry hopping rates necessary to recreate this great beer style. Enjoy with hot foods and spicy friends, or vice versa.

750 ml bottle from Vika. Expired November 2012. Muddy orange with a cappucino colored large head. Old wooden cupboard, sprucy pollen, malty aroma with hints of dry flowers Full bodied. Heavy bitter flavor that lingers. Heavily carbonated.

Small bottle at a bar. Poured a dark golden orange colour with a slight white head. Nose has sweet apricots, stone fruits and a hint of grains. Taste is fairly sweet. Sweet malts, caramel, and sweet fleshy fruits. Could have had a more bitter kick

Ambar. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Swaroga (1813) - Brussels, BELGIUM - AUG 5, 2015
Orange and cloudy with a big head. The beer has a strong malt character with oranges, cinnamon, some pear and apples and of course mango. The fruity character is there but not biting and the typical pine is mellow. Flavor is full of juicy malts reminding me of spice bread. Bitterness is medium and well balanced in. It’s a well balanced overall beer with strong alcohol bite which can be annoying. Medium short finish.

Bottle. Orange and slightly hazy, white head. Aroma of caramel, malt, honey and almost not noticable hop aroma. In taste caramel, malt, medium sweet with solid bitterness, dry in the finish.

Bottle 33cl. Clear medium amber, large fizzy off-white head, mostly lasting, good lacing; light fruity nose, orange, apricot, peach, grass, light malts, cereals; mild taste, light medium sweet and bitter; medium body, smooth mouthfeel, oily texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste dry bitter, spicy notes; overall a more than nice drinkable IPA, still a good example of the style.
