330 ml bottle. Clear golden body with a big, creamy white head. Light aroma of grain and grassy hops. Flavor has light, sweet malt, grassy hops with hint of spicy yeast. Quite refreshing, rather light in body. Nice flavor but not much. Decent but quite ordinary.

On Tap at Meantime Brewery in Greenwich England

A - No head. SRM of 3 very vague golden

S - Floral honey scent bread and kiwi. Sort of an okay scent for a lager

T - Taste is disappointing. Tasted like every English lager. Weak and impossible to finish. Slightly bready and some tropical fruit.

M - 80% carb. Light body. Weak finish

O – 2/5. Too weak of a body. Watery.

Bottle. Golden haze of a beer with a full white head. Full malty nose giving little away. Mouthfeel is a little grainy - quite light with malts and grains dominating and a light floral hop hiding away. Sweetish finish. Easy to drink, and enough body to make it enjoyable - but no real zing here.

Bottle. Brightly golden cloudy beer with a strong but soon dissipating white head. The aroma is yeasty and lightly hopped, and the flavour is dry, yeasty and fruity in parts with a long yeasty dry finish. Overall a reasonable but fairly average yeasty and dry beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

pivnizub (7977) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - APR 21, 2012
Bottle: Golden, clear, quickly collapsing loose white head, typical "german" grainy-strawy nose; light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied; dusty-grainy finish with a slight hoppy touch. A perfect copy of a honest, but boring, Helles from Lower Bavaria…

BlackHaddock (2350) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 9, 2012
Half pint in the Greenwich Union, Meantime Breweries tap house: Thin white head on a body of bright, clean golden beer, lacing all down the glass as I consumed the refreshing brew after a healthy walk. Weak nose, like most lager/pilsner/helles beers, some grainy hints maybe, hop floral notes possibly but a great deal of anything. Clean tasting, with some mini hop bitterness, subdued malt feel towards the end of the taste: nothing that sets it apart from cheaper mass produced UK or other lagers I’ve tasted, OK but that’s all.
