Bottle and keg - force carbonated. Is available cask conditioned. Cold fermented and lagered.
Ingredients: Pale ale malt, pale crystal malt, and Munich malt: Cascade, Cluster, and Goldings hops.

One hundred and fifty years ago the new bitter beer style, Pale Ale, was so popular that brewers had to import Californian hops to meet demand. Meantime London Pale Ale continues that tradition by combining lots of American Cascade and Centennial hops to give it a complex citrus aroma and buckets full of local Kentish Goldings to provide the bitterness that makes the style so refreshing. Together they conspire to assail the nose with a complex, heady mix of spearmint, grass and ‘hop sack’ aromas, fruity citrus flavours and a bitter finish that makes pale ale drinking a truly rewarding experience.

Bottle; gold pour with a thin off white head; sweet floral hop aroma; taste is sweet with caramel and malt then becomes bitter with citrus hop notes; finish dry and bitter; not bad

Hazy-sh golden color, medium white head. Mild and watery. Some hops and malts, but that’s about it. Thin body, watery carbonation. Best thing about this one is front label design.

Surprisingly good pale ale. Distinguishe sweet fruity hops aroma. Tender malty taste and bittersweet aftertaste

Bottle shared with McTapps. Classic Pale Ale with a bit of citrus and some hops. A bit too earthy, a bit too watery and surprisng with some spruce and hay in the back. Average piwo to be honest at all.

Bottle bought at Tesco in Eastbourne. Pours out in a golden colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of mild hops and flowers with some strawy hints. Taste of mild hops, light malt, barley, biscuits, flowers and grass. Herbal hints. Nice to drink, yet nothing special.

Hazy golden copper pouring with a thin white head. Golding hops aroma with a little spiciness. Flavor is fruity with a malty backbone. The palate is a little rough. A complex and decent beer. I think the centennial pulls it out of the weeds.
