| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Nov 15, 2009 Bottle from Sainsbury’s. Bible black with tan head. Pleasant roast malt and caramel aroma. Taste is unsatisfying and dull. Some roast flavourings but not much else. Far to thin-bodied for my taste and a major disappointment from a decent brewer. gary07734 (402), Tyne & Wear, England
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 8, 2009 Pours classic brown-black with little to no head. Aroma is chocolate malts, bitterness and coffee. The drink itself is surprisingly thin and quite highly carbonated, tastes of bitter dark-chocolate, dark roasted malts, coffee, and a slight sweetness, with a moderate bitter finish. Drinks very light for a stout, but enjoyable. Ungstrup (15121), Frederiksberg, Denmark
