COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Available in 330ml bottles and on Keg.
In the days before lager, Pale Ale was the original reassuringly expensive tipple. Drinking it set you apart from the Bitter crowd. Our Pale Ale is more than special. English Goldings, American Cascade & Cluster hops provide the bitterness, whilst our unique dry hopping technique with bucketfuls of Cascade & Willamette hops gives it a tantalising aroma.

Bottle, bought @ LIVA, Kolding.
Completely clear golden with a medium, frothy, white head. Stays as a thin white film. Sweet, resiny hops aroma, crisp malts, light lemon and grapefruit. Highish carbonation, fine light and mildly dry mouthfeel. Flavour is balanced, a hint of vegetable, grapefruit, piney, dryish end. Long, lingering bitter finish. Fresh and very drinkable.

Superclear, pale amber coloured beer, with a blond head. Aroma; straight forward with malt, fruit and floral on the nose Flavour; sweet malt, flwer and grass. Some apricot aswell? Moderat bitterness, medium - body Summary; Not a big ale, actually, its more like a premium lager

Bottle 33 cl. Clear golden, white persistent head. This bottle is probably a bit old, infact the hop aroma is not so evident. Nose is hoppy still, body is light, light carbonation. Clean taste, dry and light bitter end.

From keg@The Market Porter, London. A half finger of gryish blond head. Body is clear, deep gold to pale amber. Moderate but inviting aroma of well blended light sweet malts and fruity hops. Taste is medium sweet malty with a fine hop profile. Yellow fruits, flowers and faint grass/straw. Clean mouthfeel, lively body. Fine fruity bitterness in the finish. Not very ale-ish. Appears more like good Premium Lager.
