Commercial Description:
Available in 330ml bottles and on Keg.
In the days before lager, Pale Ale was the original reassuringly expensive tipple. Drinking it set you apart from the Bitter crowd. Our Pale Ale is more than special. English Goldings, American Cascade & Cluster hops provide the bitterness, whilst our unique dry hopping technique with bucketfuls of Cascade & Willamette hops gives it a tantalising aroma.

(Bottle on 2008-05-02) Very big head, foamed out of the bottle, too. Light amber colour. Hops in nose. Dry palate. Dry hops and some fruitiness in taste. Some malts.

Bottle. Huge white head. Smells abit articifial but the taste is suprisingly hoppy with grapefruit, citrus and good flavors overall. Good bitter finish. Maybe abit too carbonated.

Keg. Clear orange with a vanishing head. Floral, fruity with a hint of caramel malt. Quite simple but hi-drinkable.

hazy pale golden with a huge off-white foamy head. quite watery and some irritating spice, but alltogether nice strong spicyness. like it had a bit of jalapeņo or red pepper. lots of hops. dry and bitter. soapy and buttery mouthfeel. somehow artificial. s it had lots of sweeteners like aspartam. too much carbonation.
