ante (2449), Stockholm (Bromma), Sweden May 14, 2008 Bottled. Pours out in a clear orange-copper colour with a rich and dense off-white foam. Grass, flowers and straw in the aroma with touches of mild resin and metal. Medium to light-bodied with fairly strong hop notes of orange-peels, flowers and grass with grainy and metallic undertones. Dryish medium-bitter finish of grass, resin, nectarines and orange-peels. Quite nice, but much better and well-rounded with the yeast.

Clear yellow colour with thick froth over primed head. Sweet malt flavour with honey and flowers. Smooth palate. albertane (206), Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England Jun 15, 2008 Bottled. This amber beer is fairly authentically American. It’s got a fresh perfumed aroma with a complex spicy, fruity, and powerfully bitter flavour. Alas, this doesn’t seem to be easily available in my corner of the UK, otherwise it might feature regularly in my home. mybestfriend (226), Gothenburg, Sweden May 23, 2008 Bottle. Pours an amber colour with a white head. Aroma is of somewhat perfumy hops. Flavour is pretty much like the aroma with some bitterness going.
