Commercial Description:
Available in 330ml bottles and on Keg.
In the days before lager, Pale Ale was the original reassuringly expensive tipple. Drinking it set you apart from the Bitter crowd. Our Pale Ale is more than special. English Goldings, American Cascade & Cluster hops provide the bitterness, whilst our unique dry hopping technique with bucketfuls of Cascade & Willamette hops gives it a tantalising aroma.

Bottled. Pours out in a clear orange-copper colour with a rich and dense off-white foam. Grass, flowers and straw in the aroma with touches of mild resin and metal. Medium to light-bodied with fairly strong hop notes of orange-peels, flowers and grass with grainy and metallic undertones. Dryish medium-bitter finish of grass, resin, nectarines and orange-peels. Quite nice, but much better and well-rounded with the yeast.

Orange with a fine head. Lovely cascade aroma, quite bitter. Caramel flavour with a lighter hop character than the aroma. Medium body. A fine beer, a lot of charcter for its abv.

Bottled. This amber beer is fairly authentically American. It’s got a fresh perfumed aroma with a complex spicy, fruity, and powerfully bitter flavour. Alas, this doesn’t seem to be easily available in my corner of the UK, otherwise it might feature regularly in my home.

Bottle. Pours an amber colour with a white head. Aroma is of somewhat perfumy hops. Flavour is pretty much like the aroma with some bitterness going.
