Draft @ Il Molo in Ferrara.

Bottled. Hazy, bright-gold colour, with a big, foamy, off-white head. A spicy, fruity nose slightly reminiscent of mulled wine. Slightly sweet, fruity start, with some tartness, a drier, all-spice middle, and a clean finish. Pretty good.

Bottiglia 33cl comprata da Eataly e bevuta a casa. Chiara torbida con schiuma poco persistente. Un pò di banana, equilibrata ma anonima, un po’ acquosa. Non memorabile

August 31, 2013 - on draught at Brew Wharf. Clear gold, smallish off-white fizzy head. Smells like banana with a little lemon - fairly sweet, but enough grassy bitterness to keep it from being cloying (7-). Taste follows. Decent body, crisp, lightly acidic, quick finish with a little bit of dry tartness in the aftertaste. Decent enough - quenching.

Aroma of a standard wheat beer. Fruity bubblegum taste. Smooth but overly carbonated... Taste watery.

Tap at the Union Tavern - Westbourne Park, London. Pours cloudy gold with a fine, creamy white head that fizzes away pretty quickly. The nose has lots of dought wheat, some clove and semi-ripe banana. Light to medium sweet flavor, more lightly sugary wheat, mild spices, banana. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Further sweet, bready wheat in the finish, spicy cloves, faint apple, mashed bananas. Pleasant.

Keg at brew wharf. Cloudy oragne with a whipped cream persistent head. Aroma, a orange, chalky carbonation and bready wheat. Palate is very carbonated and chalky, and a little thin. Flavour is bready, some orange esters and chalk. Not bad.

Big wheat beer, strong aroma of cloves and bananas. Flavor is very much the same. Finish is a little short.
