White has all the natural goodness of its wheat, barley, coriander and lime still in the bottle. This citrus-flavoured thirst-quencher is low on bitterness and goes beautifully with salads, fish, shellfish and light meats. White should be drunk well chilled.

Keg AT Brew Wharf, London Bridge. Pale yellow colour with white head. Really fresh flavour of plums, citrus and flowers, roses in particular. Spicy, fruity taste with no bitterness. Quite nice and refreshing.

Actually Shortlist Fools Gold. Aroma, very nice, hops and fruit. Fruity taste, taste I can’t quite point. Bitter, unimpressed.

Tap @ Greenwich Union Pub. Slightly murky pale yellow body. Some cloves in the taste, light in body. Some lemon on the nose. Prefer the others more.

On tap - Brew Wharf Borough London. A very cloudy yellow coloured beer with a spicy coriander aroma with vanilla notes. The taste has spice notes and is a good take on a Belgian Wit. Dry and very tasty.

Bottle. I quite liked this one. Some vanilla at the start, with some lightly spicy coriander/clove flavours. Finishes off-dry, with some refreshing acidity, not bad.

Tap, Union Bar, Greenwich. Spice, clove, clean, refreshing, slightly sweet. A well made wheat beer, but nothing outstanding. Pleasant for a wheat beer.
