3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 JorisPPattyn (7298) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - APR 20, 2013
Medium, rather dense cream-coloured head over rather still metallic amber-copper beer. Superbly fruity USA-hops. Citrus, resin, exotic fruit. Bitter, but fast gone impression, only to return, much diminished and more metallic in the aftertaste. Meanwhilie, try to imagine utterly dry, totally non-sweet caramel. Finish shows some of the USA hops from the nose. Very empty MF. Even keeping in mind it only features 4%, compared to some other, recent low alcohols, this is watery. Nose is great. If only the rest followed in the same vein.

Bottle shared by Joes. Clear light amber red color, small white to off - white head. Smell malts, lightly hops, a bit flowery. Taste malts, blossom, grassy, a bit hoppy, decently bitter. Very nice beer.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 14/20 DutchDrebus (2252) - Oirschot, NETHERLANDS - APR 18, 2013
Bottle @ joes. Orange to copper colou with a lacing white head. Smells hops, pine, fresh. Tastes hoppy, bitter, fresh, fruity, pine - but too thin. Watery, soft carbo.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 pivnizub (7979) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - APR 15, 2013
Bottle: Deep golden to light amber coloured, smaller stable off-white foam, hazy, fruity-hoppy nose with a skunky touch; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, relatively dry and light bodied; lingering bitter-hoppy finish with that barnyardy touch again. Really not my personal favourite…
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 caesar (3930) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - APR 10, 2013
Bottle @ de Molen. Clear amber color, short head. Aroma of american hop, grapefruit, some pine, slight malty as well. Taste is a bit bitter and dry, quite thin and watery though. For 4% it’s ok and its very easy to drink, but it’s just a bit thin.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 jmgreenuk (1271) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - APR 9, 2013
Bottle at the De Molen second Tuesday tasting, April 2013. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin glass hugging head. The aroma is grassy and hoppy leading to a medium bitter flavour with lots of American hops. It’s a little metallic too , but the hops make up for that slightly negative qualities!
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 dEnk (2632) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - APR 4, 2013
Bottle @ De Molen. Aroma is big and hoppy, fruity mostly citric notes. Flavour is thin, crisp, hoppy and very refreshing, again mostly citric fruity hop notes. Long lingering. Awesome session ale.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 Grzesiek79 (2349) - Radom, POLAND - MAR 13, 2013
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 bierkoning (8944) - La Tropica, NETHERLANDS - MAR 13, 2013
Bottle, 4.1% on the label. Pale amber color. Grapefruit and floral hops in the slightly yeasty aroma and flavor. Thinnish. Fairly refreshing. Enough hops. Pleasant ale.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Idiosynkrasie (1818) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAR 12, 2013
330ml bottle. Clear amber colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, off-white head. Hoppy aroma has notes of pine, grapefruit and tangerine. Taste is bitter hoppy, cautious hints of grapefruit and pine. Nice one.
