First appeared as a draught special in March/April 2011.
This is not the same beer as the Marks & Spencer Greenwich Red Ale. They are similar recipes, but are not the same. They use completely different hops and malts.

Pours honey brown to red, with a thin but lasting cream colored crown. Taste is soft and sweet going to citric that last in the tongue and palate. Kind of watery, but good overall.

Bottle at home. The colour is clear dark amber colour with a medium, light beige head. Fruity aroma with peaches, dark berries, rye bread, some caramel, and fruity hops. The flavour has more malt with wet cardboard, grapefruit, citrus, and is metallic in the end. Has a slick and rick mouth feel, and a light bitterness. Nice aroma but the flavour disappoints a bit.

Light brown colour. Very aromatic. Sweet, fruity malts and hops. Body is a bit thin and watery so the flavour doesn’t carry so well.

Flaske 0,33l fra Eurospar Tomasjord. Mørk rødbrun med et høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Veldig lite lacing. Forsiktig fruktaroma. Mandarin. Smaken det samme - men blir veldig vassen.

Draught @ the old brewery. Aroma of grassy hops. Pours reddish amber with small thick off-white head which is lasting very good. Moderate to heavy bitterness. More of the delicious aroma. Finish is very bitter. Watery texture. Average carbonation.

Nice cone 33cl brown bottle pours; off white head - almost tan, red amber body, several small curtains inside glassware. Fresh fruity scents of pine, grapefruit peel, amber malts. Distinct taste; pine, hops, citric peels, grainy malts, slightly roasted, nice taste. Ok on palate, fresh bitter and alright body. Finishes with hops, pine, grapefruity dusts, smoked malts, average lingering. Overall good. B@EideHandel T@home.
