May 18, 2008 (0.75 l bottle at Kulminator on 2008-05-17) Pale amber colour. A bit cloudy. White big head. A bit spicy and clearly fruity nose. Medium bodied palate with some fizziness. Taste is fruity and there are caramell, malts, raisin and liquorice flavours. Really nice.

Feb 5, 2008 75cl bottle drunk first in 2001 had a second tasting in 2004. Very nice and good tasting. Spicy and good aftertaste.

Feb 3, 2008 75 cl bottle, vintage 2001. Shared with Gnoff at Bishops Arms, V:a Hamngatan, Göteborg. Yellow/golden color, small white head. Woody, sweetish aroma, oak, malt and some sourish notes. Bready sourish flavor, some spices and some fruits.

Orange, shady, particle filled look, very small white head. Dry oak, wood, alcohol, sweet and spicy scent. Spicy sweet and dry, but VERY mellow, taste.
WOW, the scent and taste really differ from each other.
A bit sweet licorice aftertaste. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Alcohol aftertaste. Taste is also grainy and malty.

Dec 23, 2007 Bottled (2002 vintage). Golden colour, small beige head. Aroma is caramel malts, a lot of nuts, some spices, caramel malts, fudge, alcohol, herbs, grass and lots more. Flavour is alcohol, fruits, honey, spices and mild notes of yeast. A complex beer, that has aged really well. Wellbalanced and superb.
