3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Quack-Duck. Sampled in a Big Rock pilsener glass. It pours a surprisingly pale clear yellow beer with a nicely remaining creamy white head which leaves a beautiful lacework. Lively carbonation. A lot of spicy hops showing up in the aroma. Earthy with hints of lemon peel, gooseberries, grain, white grapes and honey. Rather strong. White bread emerging in the taste which is driven by the spicy hops. Hints of gooseberries, honey and lemongrass. Good bitterness. Nice spritzy palate. I prefer the flavor over the aroma. A Pilsener with plenty of character. Balanced. Long dry bitter finish which is reminiscent of lemon peel and tarragon. Very interesting. Thanks a lot Quack-Duck!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
(bottle) Almost clear, except for some tiny yeast-particles; pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Fresh herbal hops character with slightly sweet grainy malt in the background. Moderately bitter flavour with a rounded malty sweetness, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation; malty finish with balanced herbal and slightly bitter hops. Pretty good (17.10.07).

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
This was basically a Heineken on steroids as far as I’m concerned. Skunky aroma and flavor, but more hops in this case.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Pale golden, bigger, loose white head with a good lace, that slowly diminishes, sweet malt and herbal bittering hops in the nose, moderate sweet-bitter flavour, soft MF; distinctive sweet-malty and aromatic-bitter finish. Well crafted Pils, far better than the usual german fizz..........

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
A light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of straw, while the flavor is sweet again with notes of straw, leading to a dry bitter end.
