3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy orange body, big cloudy white head. Nose is sweet piney grass notes with some nutty tones, tart berries and pale malts, with peppery citric ester tones. Taste is citric saison tones, fruity berry-like herbal notes with pale malts and red fruits in the back. Medium to thin body and medium carbonation. Not sure if the fruity tones are from fermentation or herbs/berries, but it somehow works anyway.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Jærdagane, Bryne. Aroma of herbs (of course), but also some floral tones, grass and hay. Strawyellow colour with a quite big white head. Had to drink this a bit to fast as I was in a hurry, but my first impression was that this was a very different, but pleasant beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Cardinal. It pours a lightly hazy, golden body under a dense, two-finger off-white head leaving nice lacings. Almost clementine like nose, with a subtle, but sure present, herbal scent. Maltyness too. Full-bodied and smooth, maybe a bit hard on carbonation, but pleasant. Nice malty sweetness in the flavor, along with a nice herbal, bitter touch. Superbly balanced. Some clementine in the end. A really pleasant and easy drinkable beer I’d happily have more of. 120626

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap @ Cardinal. Pours a hazy golden with a small, white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, bret funk, herbal tones and american hops. Some sourness and some herbal flavors most likely from the herbs that goes into this brew. Refreshing but not something I could drink all night. Maybe with some more souring.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Cardinal. Pours a hazy golden body with a small, creamy, white head. Intense elderflowery, peachy, herbal, sweet, glandular berry aroma. Like spring and berry harvest at once. Most inviting. Aromas follows through into the mouth; sour, light bitter and floral. Berch sap comes to mind. Light to medium body. Juicy texture and a dry tongue at the end. Nature’s own :-) Well brewed!
