Cerveja Laranja, nota-se sabores bem maltados e cítricos, ambos harmoniosos. Retrogosto aceitável, a cerveja dessa garrafa encerada é uma boa representante da Cervejaria Backer. Vale a pena quando num preço aceitável e não exagerado.

UPDATED: FEB 4, 2012 Beautiful dark golden colour, with a pale white head tha dont last long. Fruity taste, althoug very bitter. Leaves a not so good taste in the end. Very nice bottle btw.

Comes in an awesome little black bottle and sealed with wax. Pours an amber colour with a tall frothy tan head. Aroma is very fruity with hints of caramel. Taste is also sweet malt with fruit and a bit of toffee. It really needs more bitterness in the finish as there is little. Smooth mouth feel and noticeable alcohol. Overall pretty nice but won’t campare to the great Belgian Ales.

For the eyes: a amber looking beer tending to orange; small, off-white head that doesn’t last long; good lacing; flat, lightly cloudy body. For the nose: caramel with toffee notes; citric hops; intense alcohol, liqueur-like. For the mouth: alcoholic feeling and a little bitter aftertaste. For the tongue: flavour goes fast, alcohol doesn’t. For me: maybe a little unbalanced, but not a bad effort from Backer.

Tava já a algum tempo na geladeira. Tem o lance da cera na tampa, deve-se aquecer para a cera derreter para então abrir a garrafa - me deu um puta trabalho e sujou toda a pia de casa. O liquido é bonito, laranja escuro, fosco. Quase sem espuma, branca. Cheiro de pães, doce, traços de alcool. Cerveja aveludada, adocicada - bastante presente - retrogoso alcoolico. Pessegos.

A hazy orange beer with a small white head. Aroma is yeast and citric. Taste is fruity, notes of oranges, bubblegum and spices. Noticeable alcohol but very well balanced. Nice beer.

very small white head. virtually none lacing. fully diminishing head. flat thick amber body. Aroma: apple and brown sugar. if: moderate sweetness and light acidic and bitter. FF: light sweetness and bitterness; long duration. Palate: medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation and metallic finish. It’s not a bad beer. No flaws but it is far from a traditional well balanced Belgian Ale. Its best quality is the palate. Fruity taste. 15s

Amber color almos orange, start with a nice white head but gone fast. aroma is fruity and malty, flavor with toffee, malt and some alcohol. Mouthfeel is kinda dry and short. To expensive for what shown up!
